Credit where credit is due. A graphic will be provided to you that MUST be clickable and link back to our website, this must be used in all cases.

2. Payment will be charged before your project is started.

3. Refunds are non-negotiable. Our team takes time to vet the order before taking it on. We only take orders we believe we can achieve. If we provide a final product that we feel did not meet the brief, we will issue a refund for the parts we felt we did not hit. This is up to our own discretion, but be aware, it is so rare that we have to give out refunds because our clients are blown away by our results! Do not fear, you’re in good hands.

4. No source files (.PSD, .AI etc) will be given out at any given time. If you require edits please message us directly on twitter and unless it’s a fairly decent change, we will edit them free of charge.

5. Revisions. Again, we vet our orders before taking them and usually update you along the way. If there are revisions needed by the end, usually it’s due to a change in the brief. If this is the case, we will more than likely have to charge an additional fee for the added time. Please order carefully, we will figure out what you need before taking the order.

6. If all information isn’t on the order, the missed information will not be considered. Be sure to list the items we agreed to and any information I need for the job. If something is missed, I will have to bill for the extra time to fix the order.
